  • MUST READ!!! I went to Benbridge to look at a tag Heuer watch. I then found the same watch on Amazon for much less. I then purchased said watch and received it defective. I did some research on the company that I purchased it through Amazon and they had a horrible reviews of keeping merchandise and not refunding the money when the merchandise was returned. I didn't want to take the chance of sending it to them so I call tag Heuer to see if they would service the watch. Tag Heuer said they would not service the watch because it was not purchased through an authorized dealer. How tag Heuer watches leave their manufacturing facilities and find their way to unauthorized dealers is still a mystery to me. Even the watches sold at Sam's Club and Costco are not covered by their manufacturers, Because they will not disclose where they purchased their watches from. If I had been aware of this I would've purchased that watch from Benbridge on the first day. I think everyone should be aware of this fact and I hope that people find this information. That being said. The salesladies at Benbridge Chandler fashion square were absolutely amazing and redefined the definition of professionalism.
