rev:text	I'm not even sure how these guys got 2 stars they had to have friends go in and give them stars bc I would give them negative stars if Yelp let me. Let me explain and I promise you there is no exaggeration here. 1) needed a light bulb changed went to Mazda asked how much they said $75!!!! I decided to try to do it myself first. Went to pep boys bought the light for like $7 and the pep boy employee walked out and popped it in my car in about 6 minutes FOR FREE!!!! 2) wanted a hitch installed. Mazda quotes me $1000 again I'm like hell no. Ordered the hitch online and asked a guy at an auto repair place to install it he said $30 and spent maybe 20 minutes 3) I didn't have the wiring at the time I installed the hitch so the next weekend I followed the YouTube directions and followed the instructions to find out where to attach the wiring harness for hitch. Found it which was easy because my Mazda CX-9 comes with a tow prep package. Decided may be easier to just have someone else install it. I called uhaul first and gave him info he said part about $60 and the install would be max $100 bc they charge about $100/hour but he'd probably be done in 30 minutes. I called Mazda just to see their price. Part cost about the same but the labor was no joke $350!!!! WTH?!? I told him about uhaul and he said Mazda charges about $125/hour so I said the uhaul guy can do it in 30 minutes but your guys are going to need 3 HOURS!!! Total ripoff. If I knew how much Mazda service ripped people off I would have never bought a Mazda!!! I tell everyone how much better it was with my Honda. After this Mazda I'm outta here!!! SCAM ARTISTS. CALL AROUND DO NOT GO HERE THEY ARE EITHER RIPPING YOU OFF OR THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING SO IT TAKES 10 X AS LONG!!!!!
