Today just kinda did me out of this location because both my sister and I got burnt coffee. We could taste the flavor of our coffees (peppermint mocha and white chocolate mocha), but it tasted off. Every month, at least one time, we always get a burnt cup of coffee. Now why not just go back in and get another cup? Well because I'm usually in the drive thru, and I'm on a time frame to get somewhere.
I completely understand customer service. I have worked in it for 6+ years, and I always listen to what my customer needs. I'm tired of being cut off and having to repeat my order. Yes I know it's apart of life but still...
And I didn't understand the day of Thanksgiving how this location was out of Creme Brûlée, White Chocolate Mocha, Eggnog Latte, and something else holiday related. You know you are opened, please order accordingly....
I'll still come here because there are a couple great baristas that can make a great cup of coffee, but overall not a great location.
