  • I ordered online today and 25 minutes after it was supposed to arrive I called. I was put on hold for five minutes then hung up on. I called back and asked to speak to the manager and she was the rudest lady ever. She kept saying what do you want me to do there was an accident which caused the hold up. Then she said I'll just cancel your order. I got off the phone and 40 minutes later the delivery driver shows up. I told him our order was canceled and he apologized and told us that their regular driver did not show up to work today. So not only was the manager ignorant not even apologizing or offering to help fix the situation in any way she also lied to me! I will never use this Pizza Hut ever again!
