  • SPA review: I've been to the spa at the hotel several times over the last 6 years. On this last visit 6/27, I saw some new changes that made things even more convenient. First, because we had originally 6 people in our group, we were able to make reservations with Lydia, the group coordinator. She made things so much easier by arranging everything and then checking in on us before the date, several times. She was very accommodating and made our day very comfortable and relaxing. I hope that we will be able to work with her again next year on our girls' spa day. The spa locker room was clean and had drinks and snacks. We were also given a complementary drink when we arrived of wine or champagne. We had lunch arranged on the outdoor veranda and were given complementary chocolates and spa product samples. The pool took out the covered tables that were there previously, but this was a very nice and private shaded area above the pool. The pool chairs now have raisable flags to alert the bartenders when you need a drink or food. There were at least 7 people working however on two occasions, I had to walk up to someone to ask for something. I even walked up to the bar and not one person acknowledged me even though I was the only person there. All of us enjoyed our treatments and will definitely be back. We love the outdoor pool and always have a very relaxing day!
