  • I received a coupon book which had a $9.99 full service basic car wash. I understand that there is a charge for oversized vehicles. On the advertisement it shows 100% hand wash. I took my lifted truck over there, and I was told it cannot go through the tracks. Going through the tracks and all the washing mechanisms does not constitute a 100% hand wash to me. I pulled up and asked if they could wash my large suburban and they said this cannot go through the tracks so we're going to have to wash it completely by hand not in the tunnel, and it was going to cost me $39.99. I thought it was 100% hand wash. Isn't that what the coupon said? 100% hand wash?... I let them know their advertisement was misleading, and I have informed the advertising magazine of the same. This appears to confirm the reviews I have seen on Arizona Auto Wash.
