  • Worst customer service I have ever had. Despite my overly friendly demeanor I was treated like a criminal because I had brought some clearance fabric labeled with 2 yards of fabric to the front. I didn't know you were supposed to get it measured and a yellow tag first. Extremely rude employee. In addition I roamed around the store for 20 minutes looking for an upholstery needle and there was no one to ask. The button section is poorly stocked to the point that I couldn't find more than four of the same buttons. Absolutely horrible shopping experience. The only good part is that I made it out alive with a good price for some fabric. Will shop elsewhere in the future. Total bill for two rolls backing, a 2 foot roll of 1/2" foam, needle and some cheap buttons was $95.09. Just mentioning this because spending this amount on one small project was a lot and the customer service I received was very poor for this. Will not be back ever.
