I went in today for to look for a bride's maid dress for my maid of honor. I had made an appointment not realizing that it was for a wedding dress. I canceled it but called to make sure we could get into a dressing room. The lady on the phone was really nice and told me to still come around 1 pm which was when my original appointment was. We showed up at 1pm and I spoke to the lady at the desk repeating my original request for bride's maid dresses. I was then taken up to the bridal room upstairs, offered mimosas and told to have a seat. Once they realized that there was a miscommunication and that we were there for bride's maid dresses we were banished downstairs and left there without any help. We had to flag people down for help. They never gave us a card to write down styles we liked. Once in the dressing room not a single person came to help us with the dresses. I had to clamp my maid of honor's dress myself to see what it would look like.
We came to order dresses there today....but left without anyone else saying anything to us once we were in the dressing rooms. I can't believe they would treat their customers like that. I'm so glad I found my dress at a real bridal salon and didn't have to work with these people. Originally, I was going to come to Azteca for my gown but I fell in love with something I found somewhere else. You really shouldn't treat people coming in for a bride's maid dress like they're second class.
