I'm writing this review on behalf of my parent's and brother's experience because none of them are tech-savy and I feel like their experience should be shared. They went to Luna during a Friday night. My dad said they had been shuffling around and moving boxes all day in and out of storage and they wanted gelato as a treat after the long day. They walked in with no welcome and none of the workers would acknowledge them. My mother approached the counter, and still none of the workers would acknowledge she was there, if she wanted to try anything, etc...My brother, who thinks ice cream/gelato should be a food group, was so uncomfortable he didn't even want to order anything. They left without ordering anything, and even as they left, nothing was said from the workers. My dad remarked that maybe because they were covered in dust from moving all day and looked bad that they weren't served properly. No. Just no. I find that unacceptable.
