  • I was drawn to this place because of the check in offer of $9.99 to save money and I was pleased with my hairstylist Cierra because she made me feel comfortable and did a good job at trimming my ends; BUT I was NOT HAPPY to find out at the END I had to pay an EXTRA $10 due to my hair being past my shoulders!! ... I am very disappointed with the outcome today and the manager did not even say sorry for the inconvenience nor told me upon my arrival that I would need to pay an extra $10 when I shown her the coupon!
