  • *This is an edited Review* Samatha who was a manager of this place had called me up in order to exchange information. Apparently at this place, if they think your payment did not come through right on time, they will question you until things are proven. That is what happened to me, we did a money order and drop off during business hour, and somehow the payment did not come through on their end, so we got charged additional $20. My husband came in and told them that we did pay it through. He was being questioned until he demanded to bring out our receipt for that day, problem solved, but it was not a really pleasant experience. Also, maintenance of this place is very delayed. we were asking one of the office people to call up maintain in order to fix our cabinet, a month went by and nothing had changed until I talked to the manager directly. So if you are cool with that, then stay here. Recently they did renovate the pool, which is nice. However, the broken fence at the dog park is still not fixed... and remember we do pay rent to this place... It seems like this place could be improved a little more..since this place was claimed to be an "upscale community."
