  • I have Never been with this company and I got off of work early, so I went to check if I could get an oil change around 4:30pm (Closing time was 7pm) and I walk into a very rude employee named Charissa looked very annoyed that I walked in. I said hello and I asked if I can get an oil change and all she said was "expect to be here till 7" n I said "okay then, that's fine?" n she right away asked if i wanted to be booked for the next day and since she was so annoyed I decided to book an appointment for that Saturday. She booked it, I said thank you and she said nothing in return so I just walked out. Rudest customer service I have ever experienced for an oil change. I ended up going to jiffy lube, they were extremely nice and got me in n out with in 15 min, gave me a great deal and told me to have a nice night and to drive safe. I understand the stress and how annoying walk ins are but at least a simple "hello" or "sorry we are booked, the wait will be awhile" or even "have a good night" but nothing. Never again will I go there or refer anyone.
