  • Totally shocked they have not closed down for medicare fraud. They billed medicare for services, tests and physical therapy my father never received. Have all the documentation on it. This place gives meaning to the phrase, "a fate worse than death." Nurses are sub-par, will drop your loved one right in front of you, will purposely withhold support and their food just to play power games with the patient and their family, talk down to the patient and family. You hear stories of lack of care from other families while in the lounge area. Like the other reviewer here said there was a lot of neglect, improper and rough handling, lots of infections. Just look up their quality and infection ratings which are publicly available. This is not a care facility, it is a business run by strictly profit-minded shysters.
