  • The staff is extremely nice and my ring came out beautiful. Reason for the 3 stars was when it came time to pick up my ring. It was "promised" to come in May 7th, a Saturday, and didn't arrive until Thursday. I understand delays happen but the annoying part was every time I called they said it would be in tomorrow, and when I would call the next day it was the same story. After going through that 5 times, you start to get a little concerned something is wrong. If they had just told me Saturday that it was delayed by a few days, no problem. Other than that, the experience was great but when you're super stressed planning a cross country wedding, the last thing you want is to be wondering if your ring worth thousands is damaged or lost somehow.
