  • From the moment I walked in I highly doubted my decision to come here, but I was already here and had already paid for the Groupon. Being in Sun City I noticed the majority of their customers were elderly which at first eased my mind until I heard the doctor from the back yelling impatiently at a patient that he didn't ask if she could read it, he asked if it was clearer. I paid no mind as a women escorted me and kindly measured my eye and showed me the frames, she explained the ones in the promotion were on the north wall and I went a picked those. I went in and got the exam and the doctor seemed to loose his patients with me a bit too, and made me feel like I didn't know what I was seeing. I was then sat I front of what I believe is the owner of the optical. The doctor asked him to talk to me about lens options and frame options. I told the gentlemen I was only their for the promotion and only wanted what was included, he went on to tell me they were unfashionable frames to let him show me some other options, I again refused but at his third at bat I gave in at the end I still went with the original frames I had picked. He then started on the lens that I should get this and that and again I said all I want is what is included in the promotion. He then wrote out my total including the items I didn't want I told him one more time I don't want any of these things I just want what's included in the special. That's when he got visibly upset, his tone changed he attempted to discourage me from using Groupon again and said if I went anywhere else they weren't going to give me what I wanted that I was going against doctors orders and instead of my glasses being ready in 25 minuets they would be ready in 7 to 14 days. Finally when I asked for a copy of my prescription he attempted not to give it to me and when I insisted he walked into the back made a comment to the lady that originally helped me and walked back with a smirk on his face. I would never ever return here I won't recommend this place I would never want my grand parents to receive the same type of treatment I have received. I'm sure they suggest products to people and belittle them into buying them! Avoid yourself the headache and go else where please!!!!
