  • If I could give them 0 stars I would. The poorest service ever. My son flew out of Las Vegas Airport last Sunday. The plane was delayed for just under one hour with it being 115 degrees outside. There was no air hooked up and it was extremely hot and unhealthy for all the passengers to be inside. They offered free waters to everyone. Well thank you you cheap nickel and dimeimg airlines. They do not care about you if you need to contact someone prepare to be put on hold for 1.5 -2 hours with someone who has no authority. And then in a few days a supervisor will call you back. They are lucky no one died.
