  • Best cake I have had in many years! Purchased an 8" Strawberry Diplomat Cake. The cake was moist and tasty. The bakery staff wrote a birthday greeting on the cake the very day I ordered it. If I have one suggestion to anyone that purchases this cake, be sure to leave it out of the refrigerator for about 1 hour prior to serving, as the middle was still slightly frozen. Had it been unfrozen, the rating would go up to 10 STARS! Thank you Karl's Bakery for such fresh deliciousness! Our family will be returning for more goodies and to try the homemade chocolates.
