  • Came here with a friend for facial experience, unfortunately, majority of the staff doesn't speak English so there was not much interaction so I had to have my friend to translate stuff for me and speak for me. The 3 stars goes to 1 for decor, 2 cleanliness and 3 go to the service provided. I find that my facial experience was quite pleasant, I have a good canvas to work with as I have no acne or anything so for me, all they have to worry about is hydrating my face lol. The ambiance in the room its spot on since it was well dimmed and we were offered a robe to put on. If this place eliminate the by appointment only and hiring staff member that can communicate effectively, it will definitely increased their clientele to not just be Asian focused but other who would like to experience spa on their location. I will definitely go back to give it another try and will update the pricing next time :).
