Yesterday I was in such a rush. I am handicapped and require one of those scooters to get around a place as large as Home Depot. Well there wasn't any that weren't being used by customers already. I figured that I'd just go to ACE or TRUE VALUE where they cater to the customers. On my way hobbling out I was stopped by Francis, an employee there. She asked what she could do to help me. I told her I needed a scooter and she actually took it upon herself to canvas the store then the parking lot to find me one, which she did. It meant so much to me that she felt I was a valued customer and helped me going out of her way when she just could have been like the others and let me leave for another store. People like her are what makes a company great. Especially a huge impersonal one like Home Depot!
