Awful experience with parts/service department. Bought a OEM plastic radiator cap (last one on the shelf) with a warranty and it broke less than 30 days later. Husband went to check fluid and the cap had seperated into two pieces and had to be pried off. They want to service my vehicle before replacing the cap. Not happening. The general manager David Culp seems to be very unreasonable with regards to replacing a 30$ cap. This is not a business thats wants to make its customers happy but to make them jump through hoops. GM will be the last stop on my next car buying experience this year. I would never risk this kind of experience again. Long story short the radiator cap will not be replaced under warranty since I refuse to take my car through service. Toyota, Nissan, and Honda is sounding is a lot better!
