Watch out if you are trying to get an eye exam done here and there are any problems. What Clearly Contacts won't tell you is that their optometrists operate independently and CC takes no responsibility or liability for errors they make. I received a prescription for glasses and contacts at the same time and didn't pick my glasses up until a few months later as I wear contacts.
When I fulfilled my spectacle prescription it was way off in one eye, and when I went to Clearly Contacts on Queen to have my eye exam re-done (within the one year validity period they advertise) I was given the runaround and treated extremely rudely by the manager (sounds like the same middle aged Indian man referenced in another review) and a sales associate.
They accepted no responsibility for the error and offered me the name of an optometrist in Mississauga to follow up with, who I never saw in the first place. When I showed them the prescription with another optometrist's name on it they were unable to give me any contact info for him and suggested I call the ontario college of optometrists before dismissing me and turning around. Very unprofessional and frustrating, I'd suggest looking elsewhere if you expect professionalism or accountability from a healthcare provider.
