  • This location has been great every time I've come in but today topped it off. My son's xbox 360 was purchased there around Christmas time and had stopped connecting to the network leaving the console unable to be used for online gaming. Receipt was lost and it would have been very easy for them to give me a hard time about returning it 8 months later - even though I got the 1 yr warranty, most places try to scree you out of it. I didn't have my actually warranty in hand and Josh (the supervisor) went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get a working console. Very much appreciated!
