  • Normally I am in support of awesome downtown venues that bring great tunes to the locals, however this place had an extremely rude security guy (the short, bald and chubby one with a beard). My gf came in crutches after severely spraining her ankle the night before. After standing for a bit, she had to find a place to sit. We found an empty chair for her and after a few minutes of sitting this security guy threatened to kick us out. Apparently this specific chair was the one he brought from his house? He made it seem like we were going to take it home with us. We ended up finding another chair from the bar area, but there was absolutely no seating in the outside stage area so this was our only option. This one employee could've ruined an awesome night, but what ended up being our last straw was the wet floor in-front the restroom. My gf's crutches gave away and she took a hard tumble to the floor. Nobody came to help of course, so we decided we had enough and left. Overall, the promoters of the venue and the event they put on was awesome in comparison to the other ones we have attended in downtown! The employees and building owners need to manage this place a bit better so people don't get hurt or mistreated. 5 stars for the event, 0 stars for the venue = 2 stars.
