Received a voice mail that a tech was able to push up my installation by a week, I called back within an hour and the agent said he would leave a note for someone to call me back the next day. After waiting for over 2.5 hours the next day, I called them back only to find out the slot was filled yesterday afternoon shortly after they had left me a voice mail. I took the day off so they can be here to install, but now it's gone to waste as I could have saved this day to spend with my family! Now, why wouldn't the agent I spoke to the day before tell me right when I called that the slot was not longer available? If this company can't get a simple scheduling system in place how can we expect you to watch over our homes???
