How do I give less than 1 star? CHB was dishonest with their initial pitch, I am unable to ever reach anyone and now I can't get my money back even though the show is over a week away CHB called me directly and told me they were the premier choice of the Opryland hotel. They informed me that they had better prices than going direct. I come to find out that the hotel prices are significantly lower and would like my money back. I've reached out over 10 times this week with no resolution. I just called again and they said all managers went to lunch. Then, I was told they all went home for the day (at 1pm EST)! WHat kind of company sends their entire management team home mid-day? They put me on hold for 5 minutes (probably thinking I would hang up). I called again and now no one will answer my call. I can't believe this company is operating under such unethical standards.
