Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. Purchased a studio apt. for 4 nights through Expedia, Jan21-25. With room cost + resort fees + taxes, we paid $775.04. At check-in we were told that due to our package we did not qualify for daily maid service. However, for $45 extra a night we could have daily room cleaning. SHOCKED I said "forget it".
The kitchen has a micro wave and a double cooktop and the tiniest of refrigerators only 8" deep. Nothing else is in the kitchen. One must call house keeping to request kitchen items.
Toaster- "No have"
Wine & juice glasses- "No have" (Can only use small water glasses in room)
Electric hot water pot for tea- "No have" (Sent up heavy sauce pan to boil water in)
Keurig- "$20 a day rental" (I could buy for the $80 they wanted).
The pillows are large and soft. They end up 2" thick with your head on them, doubled up, 3-4". After the first night my neck and back were killing me. The solution if you need better head and neck support is to remove the pillow case from the pillow and slide it over the sofa's back cushion. Had comfortable sleep for the three remaining nights.
I have been going to Vegas for over 50 years. Never have I ever felt like a pawn in a money grubbing game by a hotel before. Never again!
