Brio is a Italian Grille in a shopping center catering to tourists on the strip. The food is average, but takeout from any chain fast food is just about as good.
We started with Roasted Garlic, Spinach and Artichoke dip. It was warm but not hot when served. By the time we all had some it cooled to a strange consistency. Chopped salad was good. Veggies were fresh and the portion was good size. The Campanelle Carbonara was presented in a soupy white sauce that was very thin and tasteless. The thin Alfredo sauce was the consistency of a white wine sauce. When asked the server explained that was normal. The pasta was cooked properly but was not fresh. Clearly prepackaged dried pasta. The special for the night was a Chicken and Vegetable Spaghettini this too was served lukewarm. Surprising to have that happen considering the place was half full. No big tables or crowds.
Basically just an average place with very average food.
