  • rude rude and RUDE. I asked to use my birthday reward and I get a "naw you can't happy birthday-NEXT". and mind you, this was after the blank stare I got when normal people ask "how can I help you?". I love Starbucks. I'm a gold card member and I am a loyal customer. this will not deter me from returning, but this staff needs a complete makeover. it is very unprofessional and confusing. my friend didn't get asked her name and then had a mishap where she ended up gettingn the wrong drink because they slapped multiple drinks down at once, not explaining what is what. also, everything made at this one is half-ass. Starbucks 9.8 times out of 10 is nothing short of amazing, but this location needs some serious TLC.
