  • This is a newly opened ice cream parlor within the Paradise Valley Mall.The ice cream rolls originate from Thailand and have an Indian twist in this place. Ordering the ice cream is a 4 step process - choose the base, the ice cream flavor, toppings and syrup. After ordering, it takes about 7-10 minutes to get the rolls made and given to you. The rolls did not taste any different than any normal ice cream..although the roll making process is pretty exciting to watch. I also need to say that the rolls are expensive as well and I don't think I will go for it again. To me its a one time thingy, but that's my opinion and others may contest that.
