  • I was unhappy with my latest visit. The problem is that the polish I chose ran backwards, leaving my tips bare, when I put my hand under the UV light. After 4 coats, my technician tells me that I need to hold my hand under the light in a different way. So she puts a THICK line on my tips and has me hold my hand under the light. Yes, it solves the problem that my tips now have color, but they're also super thick at the end. They nearly look ombré. She ask me if I'm happy and I say "No". She then says that it's not her fault. Well yes, I get that it's the polish, but it doesn't alleviate your duty to find a solution. I ended up leaving unhappy and saw that there were several days areas around the perimeter of my nails that were bare. Sub par job overall. If you go here, make sure that you hover like a hawk as the work is being done. If you don't say something about things that are wrong, the technician will act like she doesn't see it. Beware.
