  • They did good with the couch cleaning but the customer service is very poor. There were miscommunications on the part of the technician and the person who scheduled us and it ended with us being charged more than double what we were originally quoted. WHEN I ADDRESSED THIS WITH THE MANAGER "SHARIE" SHE SAID THEIR POLICY IS TO NOT REFUND even though she acknowledged the miscommunication. I gave 2 stars because the couch cleaning was good. If you want great customer service as well, you'll need to look somewhere else.
