  • Horrible customer service!!! I stopped by yesterday evening to purchase concealer and an eye shadow pigment. The rude and extremely unprofessional clerk didn't know what she was doing and rang me up wrong! Good thing I checked my recipe, she was not apologize for her mistake infact she gave me attitude WOOOOW REALLY!! I bought the eyeshadow for my son (who is a professional makeup artist). Later that evening I opened the eyeshadow (did not use it) I realized I bought the wrong color, i went to exchange it and they would not exchange becuz the seal was broken...wow i literally bought it less than 24 hours before. They refuse to accommodate me. I will not purchase anything from this company again, and I'll make sure to share my experience with others.
