  • I used them for a long time and they did a great job until....they broke my blinds. Instead of calling me or contacting me to let me know, they left the broken piece sitting on the window sill . No note, no phone call, nothing. I called them to tell them they broke my blind. They said they'd have someone come out the next day to look at it and they were going to bring a repair person with them. We set a time/date and they NEVER showed. NEVER followed up. When I called back to see why nobody showed up, they told me the blinds were probably brittle and old and it wasn't their fault. Didn't even bother coming to see if they could rectify the situation. Never called them again. They do a good job cleaning but if they break something, good luck getting if repaired/replaced.
