I used to be happy with the service on my shirts, but lately, there are problems every time. Early this year, when I was getting dressed, I began to notice that some shirts had wrinkles that had been ironed INTO them. I began to set them aside with the tags still attached, and brought them back. The staff apologized and said that they were happy to re-do them at no charge. Then I began noticing that many more of my shirts were coming back with obvious wrinkles, so I started checking them at the time of pick-up--often half of them had to be re-done. Today, I picked up a single linen Hawaiian shirt that was dry-cleaned and there were wrinkles ironed into the collar and down the front--plus the short sleeves were not completely ironed. Again, the staff was very nice about it, and re-pressed the item while I waited, but it's just a royal pain to have to spend the extra time checking their work and standing around waiting for something to be corrected.
