Let me preface this by saying that I purchased a bridesmaid's dress here, not a wedding gown. Although we did go with the bride for her to try on wedding gowns here.
Staff is friendly and on-time. You have to remove your shoes right when you get in and you also can't bring in any drinks (coffee, etc) to the fitting room. There's a small couch for about two or three guests to sit. Two fitting rooms, just areas with a curtain. I liked that the fitting rooms had mirrors in them, but the curtains don't close all the way so pretty much everyone can see you getting naked.
Dresses didn't take long to come in. They require 50% deposit and then you pay the rest when the dress arrives. One of the dresses had some damage but they didn't put up a fuss when we pointed it out and are fixing it. If you order 5 or more dresses, you get 10% off.
