  • Im not sure what kind of operation they are running here. I put a deposit order rims, promised for sat no call great! Big huge confusion if they are actually in when i call. Finally a call back tells me they are in. So i drop them off with another promise they will be done before close. Since no call by 2 pm called back and they still weren't done. Fine shops get busy i get it. But what frustrates me if that i return on Tuesday after calling on Monday to tell them that i will pickup Tuesday, THEY STILL WEREN'T DONE!!! WHY IF YOU CANT GET THE JOB DONE, DONT BOTHER TO MAKE FAKE PROMISES!!! seems like this is the going issue with this place just promises. Not too thrilled either of the lovely scratches they left on my rims from their tire machine. Carmen didn't bother responding to my fb so don't bother with a reply here either.
