  • I have seen this bakery change management at least 3 times, however the experience has always been a positive one. Just recently they changed management once again; unfortunately, since the Egyptian owner is gone they no longer serve the Egyptian pastries - I will miss the sausage one :( Nonetheless, the new management has brought in a wide variety of new pastries - which are HALAL by the way! Oh and they also now serve individual cake slices for $2-2.50. Furthermore, they do have some other goods as well (some meat items), but I personally only go to bakeries to get cake/pastries so my review will only discuss sugary goods. Moreover, back to these new pastries. I personally purchased a chocolate mousse cake pastry/tart (I am a tad bit unsure what the formal definition would be), traditional cheese cake, and I believe some sort of Oreo cheesecake pastry! I REALLLLLLY liked the Oreo cheesecake and chocolate mousse pastries, they were remarkably tasty! The total price for all three was $8.50 but I would say it was well worth it. The reason I gave this bakery 5 stars was because I hate it when I buy sweets and they contain overpowering sugar or excess frosting (both often imply that the baker has limited talent or is trying to kill me). However, at Rose Bakery, the sweets have a very natural taste to them. I will surely be visiting more frequently :)
