  • I had two new suits that I needed altered. One I took here the other I took to Kathy's Alterations. After getting back my suit from Van's the pant hem was very visible and the hem was over an inch too long. The waist pulled at the zipper and it wasn't like that before alterations. The coat didn't even have the flap or shoulder stitching (from being new) removed. I paid for the work and took it to Kathy's Alterations where she fixed Van's mistakes. If you want to pay for alterations twice go here otherwise go elsewhere.
