  • I have lived here for 3 years. When I first moved in the management was fantastic and I recommended the place to everyone. They went through a rough transition period about 2 years ago and it all seemed to settle down until recently when yet another manager took over. The new one is rude, dismissive and treats residents like she does not care about their concerns or problems. Her only focus seems to be on renting empty units, not keeping the current residents. Maintenance problems go for weeks, and even months without resolution and in every instance we have had to repeatedly call them to get anything done. The most recent event was when they sent out a notice in the news letter that stated they would not be renewing leases for units that had not yet been renovated (ours is one of them). When I contacted and spoke directly with the manager she was rude and dismissive when I indicated that we did not want to move to a different unit and instead would likely leave the complex. When I expressed to her that it was the attitude of her and her office that convinced me that we did not want to stay she did not care. This place has always had issues but the charm initially was the great staff, which made the other issues less important. Now that the great staff is gone, there is no excuse for overcharging rent, lack of parking, absolutely no security, failure to provide reasonable maintenance, cheap appliances (including the unbelievably loud air conditioner units), spray painted sinks and bathtubs, and a truly horrendous manager. WE ARE SO OUT OF HERE.
