  • Let me start with I have been coming to Zen since 2010. Absolutely love coming here but the last couple of times I have visited I have seen a decline in service in the lobby area. I visited a couple of weeks ago and I noticed the lobby was really untidy. There were cob webs in the corners of the window, the water cooler had mold growing in the bottom catch tray. It was disappointing to see this because usually they are seriously on point.
