  • I have a 2016 Jeep Cherokee, I'm the only owner and my car has 37,000 miles on it. Got my oil changed at Jiffy Lube today. When I got home my car made a "glug glug glug glug glug" noise after parking it in the garage. I called the shop and they didn't know anything about the noise I was describing. I didn't have time to take it back... on the way home from work last night my car overheated. I checked the oil level and that was fine. Car was still intermittently overheating. I look again and they left the damn cap off of the coolant! I am here again today and there is only one KID working that was here yesterday and he said tmrw is his last day. They need to flush the system to get the air out and their compressor is broken. I don't know much about cars but I'm super nervous this is going to cause more problems down the road. Update: Jiffy Lube has agreed to take care of flushing my radiator at a different location. They are doing everything to make this right. Thank you! Be careful and double check everything yourself.
