  • Perfect location if you're taking in a game at Chase Field. First of all the check-in clerk (didn't catch his name but was working on 5/13/16 at 10pm) was awesome. His customer service skills were on point. The lady serving breakfast (5/14/16) was very polite and accommodating as well. The place was clean and the rooms were as as nice as you would expect from a 3-4 star hotel -- the air conditioner was archaic and very loud, but kept the room comfortable. The floor we were staying on was very noisy. We were woken up several times very late at night by slamming doors and kids running back and forth down the hallway. Additionally the maids knocked very loudly early Sunday morning (around 7:30am) and came in before I could get to the door...I chalked this up to my fault because I didn't put out the "do not disturb" sign, however, after telling her that we would check out at 1100 and putting up the sign, the same cleaning lady came back and disturbed us less than 30 later! Great for location and price, however will not be our primary "go to" hotel when our team is in town.
