  • Just drove all the way from Henderson to come here & spend over $100 on expensive ZiwiPeake & other items for my dog. I was stuck in traffic & my bladder was about to burst. I walked in an ounce if I can use the bathroom and was told rudely told "NO" by a guy who looked at me up & down. Well that was cue to take my business and hard earned money somewhere else. They should re-name this establishment "Barking Employees" instead of Barking Dogs. If you're going to sell super expensive high end dog food & items to customers, you really should let them use the rest room. All other pet stores have restrooms for customers. Extremely disappointed in The not so friendly service from this pet store. You can feel the snobby attitude from the first second you walk in. Me, my roommate and our two dogs felt totally unwelcome and uncomfortable. In a town full of great pet stores and holistic places you can get dog food & supplies, this one is the WORST!
