  • For starters can I just say how annoying it is to see beautiful homes, place offers and have them rejected because your agent is giving the excuse of a sellers market and blah blah blah. I don't want to hear excuses I want to see something in action. This was what I was dealing with before I found Mr. Taylor. The difference between Jansen and other realtors is that he gives honest and sound advice during your home buying process. He will put himself in your shoes and truly cares about your expectations. He's aggressive in the field and looks for solutions to make your dreams a reality. As a first time home buyer I couldn't have had a better team and Jansen was a huge part a successful transaction. My family & I are building a beautiful home, making memories while making a huge investment and we greatly appreciate his efforts in helping us get here! You rock Jansen!
