  • The staff were always friendly, and helpful based on the staff attitude I would of given them a 5-star rating. However the cleanliness of this hotel is very questionable. Drinking glasses sat in our hallway for literally days. Our garbage can wasn't emptied at one point for 3 days and they would let the empty drink cans sit in our room. We had to call to get housekeeping to remove empties and garbage from our room. I would also like to see a major chain like this to start putting recycling bins in each room. The food court had a decent selection but always had issues with Popeyes. The other locations staff were friendly at the Pizza Hut and burger place.
