Where do I start...
Coming into this establishment on a Sunday afternoon, they didn't have any customers seated just a bunch of other customers waiting for their boba order. I was starving and the employee seemed like he had a lot of his plate so I sat myself since I was dinning it. I was craving for a big piping hot bowl of pho. This was the only place open that was close to home. My usual pho place closes on Sunday... I tried this place a few years back.. so decided to try it again.
I ordered the combination pho, while my bf ordered the potstickers & Hong Kong crispy noodles w/ beef. We were both starving so I didn't have a chance to take a picture of our food. The herbs that come w/ my Pho looked very old.... the Thai basil leaves were dark and the bean sprouts was brown. My Pho lacked flavor and tasted very watery. This is coming from an opinion of someone who eats Pho from various restaurants. It had a very very very faint taste of beef. I didn't finish my Pho. My boyfriend really enjoyed the potstickers though and it's sauce that came with. Although, the noodles was drenched in gravy so it was very very salty.
Customer service wasn't too great either. I asked for the BLUE Hawaiian sun iced tea in their fridge and the employee kept bringing me the wrong drink. He hardly checked up on us to see if we were ok and we had to seat ourselves. Keep in mind, it was a very slow day and we were the only customers seated.
The inside of the restaurant seemed filthy. There was food particles all over the floor, the tables were sticky, the condiment bottles had sauce all over them. Some tables still had dirty dishes.
Won't be returning...
