Same Experience as Allison above. Bought the same deal. I asked for a refund from Livingsocial in July, they refused to do that just because of scheduling problem. At the same time, I got replied from this company saying that they would extend the deal even after it expires. And they would be able to go out in later July. But no. I waited till August and the deal expired in August 4th. Now (August 23rd) they sent me an email saying that they couldn't provide me the service and I can go to get refund from LivingSocial. Lovingsocial won't give me refund because the voucher expires. Now I got no service and lose my money.
I bought the deal in hope of using them in the long term. Very very disappointed.
