  • Where Do I Start. Well... A Friend of mine moved into these apartments. He expressed to me that these are not the greatest apartments, but it was a place I could feel comfortable while I shop for a house in Vegas. So, I began the app. The person I put the application in seems to only work 1 or 2 days per week. My move in date was for the 5th of the month. At this time, I had no other place to go so I got a room at a hotel until my apartment was ready. When I went in on the 5th to sign my lease, they told me and 2 other families that our apartments were not ready and we had to wait until the 10th. The maintenance man on site was on vacation and didnt even start on our places. (They only have 3 maintenance men on site total and if they knew no one worked on it, why did they rent them?) So, I spent another 5 days in a hotel in vegas. smh. The leasing agent had me sign the lease right then and there (on the 5th) (which is illegal on a few levels) with no walk thru. The 10th comes and my apartment still isnt ready. They pushed and tried moving me in that day. OMG!! This apartment was NOT ready. Roaches EVERYWHERE!!! HOLES EVERYWHERE!! Writing on the door telling tenants to GET OUT! No screens on any windows. Washer and dryer do not work. Plugs in the apartment do not work. Horrible smell coming from vents. When the oven is on, roaches come to play all over the stove. Police are always here to stop a fight or a shooting or drug sales. The cams they make u pay for obviously arent monitored, because the riff raff is always here and in full effect. They have a man to come spray for bugs, BUT, he doesnt do a great job on purpose. If he actually did his job, there would be no bugs and he would have no job. so he half asses everything. I did the walk thru and the maintenance brushed off every issue as if it was under control. The nice office ladies turned into straight bitches when i complained. Needless to say, I and my family will NOT be staying another day. Please listen to me. If u have any common sense, you will NOT rent from this place. It is a shit hole and they do NOT care about you once u hand over money. And they will fight you to keep every dime! Save your family and RUN AWAY FROM THIS APARTMENT!! If the leasing agents and manager dont make u sick, the infestation will.
