  • This "company" is a joke. Liars and hacks. Was told they'd arrive between 2-5 and didn't show until 7:30 at night! Was having issues with multiple sinks, after looking at the kitchen sink, technician told us it was too late to look at the other sinks. Flat out lied and wrote on his paperwork that we refused service after my sister signed it. Called the owner today and they actually said they're proud of their 1 star ratings and F rating with th BBB. Said customers don't understand the way home warranty companies work. I wouldn't recommend this "company to my worst enemy". They should be ashamed.
