  • I'd give them a 0 if I could. Had a similar situation as Erica G. but even worse. Our problem started when our rental management company reached out to them for work to be started on 5/21 but they never called me to setup a time so I had to call them. They said they'd come out on 5/27 but they were a no call no show. Called them again on 5/29 and they came out 6/1. They said they would order a part and it would be here in about 4 days. Weeks went by with no call, they never returned my calls. They finally replied to an email on 6/23. They said they'd be out on 6/26 and wanted to know what time would be good for me, I replied and let them know. Then they went dark again. No calls or emails returned all week. Finally got the property managers to do a 3-way call with me and them and they said they would be out today 7/1 between 2 and 5. The time came and went, another no call no show. Avoid this company.
